Filed over 10,000 bankruptcies over the last 30 years. Pioneer in the bankruptcy world and was for several years, one of the largest yearly filers of bankruptcy. Personally helped buy over 300 properties from bankruptcy court.

Licensed to practice law in Florida, Colorado, New York, and New Jersey. Admitted to practice law in the U.S. District for the Southern District of Florida. Vice-Chair for the Bankruptcy Division of the American Bar Association – YLD. Studied International Law at the University of Cambridge. Before receiving his Juris Doctorate Degree, his background and education is in the fields of Marketing and Behavioral Psychology.

After a successful 15 year run in the Information Technology field, he started his real estate career in 1997.  Since then, Geoff has personally owned and operated rental homes, condos, duplex’s, quadro-plex’s and large Apartment complexes.  Geoff has Flipped, Double Closed, Wholesaled REOs, Lease/Optioned, Subject To, Wrapped, Agreements for Sale, you name it.  He’s done it.  In his first 2 years, Geoff did 52 deals and hasn’t stopped since.  Having done millions of dollars and hundreds of deals is impressive, what is more impressive is that he helps Students actually complete their own deals.
